Job summary

MAC.BID is seeking a Scan Team Lead to supervise a on-site team in St Peters, MO. You will oversee item scanning, listing preparation, and photo editing for online auctions, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

You will train team members, meet departmental goals, and escalate issues to the General Manager as needed. The role requires lifting, on-site availability, and flexibility to work weekends as workload dictates.

Qualifications

• On-site work required; schedules may vary Monday through Saturday
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds alone, 50 pounds with a team lift
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

• Scan items quickly and thoroughly into the system to create online auction listings
• Search products online and crop photos for listings
• Correct listings through proprietary software and ensure accuracy
• Lift and move items to organize per the racking system
• Provide training and ensure the team meets goals
• Coordinate with the GM and supervise the team
• Submit timesheets and handle disciplinary actions as needed
• Communicate with supervisory team and assist with other tasks
