Caring Transitions of West Fairfax & South Herndon provides professional services to assist seniors and families with relocation, downsizing, home clean-outs, online auctions, estate sales, and more. In this role, you will be part of a team delivering excellent customer service to clients in Fairfax County, Virginia. Your responsibilities include sorting, organizing, photographing items for online auctions, boxing items for pickup and shipping, and similar tasks. No specific experience is required, and paid training is provided.

Job Description:

• Moving supplies and boxes within the customer's home (nothing overly heavy)
• Lifting boxes, decor, and some furniture safely
• Sorting, organizing, and packing household items for move or sale
• Safely packing and unpacking goods
• Disposing of unwanted items for donation or removal
• Organizing pickup and shipping of online auction items
• Interacting with clients, families, and coworkers

Job Requirements:

• Ability to safely lift 25 pounds
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Access to a smartphone for scheduling and project management apps

Availability and Hours:

• Part-time hours with variable days and no guaranteed hours
