Job summary

MAC.BID is seeking a Removal Floater in St Peters, MO to join our on-site team. The role involves assisting in all stages of customer pickup, greeting customers, and ensuring exemplary service to winning bidders.

The position is full-time and hourly, reporting to the Removal Team Lead. Responsibilities include helping customers locate items, processing check-ins/outs, and supporting the team with daily tasks.

Qualifications

• On-site availability and flexible schedule.
• Able to lift 25 pounds alone, 50 pounds with a team.
• Follow written directions and company policies.
• Must be highly organized.
• Must be detail-oriented.
• Customer-focused.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in finding items.
• Explain how auction items are categorized on shelves.
• Scan customers in and out for item pick-ups.
• Provide exemplary service to winning bidders.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
