Auction.com is seeking a part-time field representative to support live auctions in the Brunswick, GA area. You will interact with bidders, manage event logistics, and help educate customers about participation.

This role emphasizes professionalism, reliability, and the ability to work outdoors on auction days. The ideal candidate is tech‑savvy, proficient with MS Office, and comfortable standing for long periods while traveling to nearby locations.

Qualifications

• Customer service oriented with strong communication and problem solving.
• Able to learn and use our proprietary software for customer data.
• Comfortable standing and lifting up to 50 pounds and weather exposure.

Responsibilities

• Maintain professionalism with customers and on-site staff.
• Support auction events, equipment, and materials management.
• Act as subject matter expert on customer resources and processes.
• Communicate effectively, network with attendees, and track bids.
• Complete receipts and event reports; participate in training sessions.
• Travel up to 2 hours to nearby county courthouse auctions when needed.
