Job summary

Boys Town National Research Hospital in Omaha, NE seeks a Staff Audiologist to provide diagnostic audiology services to inpatients and outpatients with hearing and balance concerns. You will work within a multi-disciplinary clinic and may participate in vestibular, ABR, and tinnitus assessments.

Full-time schedule 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, Monday–Friday at Pacific Street, with opportunity to recruit for clinical research and contribute to a team focused on life-changing patient care.

Qualifications

• Au.D. from an ETB-accredited college or university.
• Minimum of one year of audiology experience.
• Knowledge of hearing disorders across ages.
• Licensure eligibility within three months of hire.
• CCC from ASHA or ABA certification within one year.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic audiology tests to assess hearing and vestibular disorders.
• Provide aural rehabilitation and assistive device services.
• Recruit for clinical research studies and may collect data.
• Participate in special projects and multi-disciplinary teams.
• Deliver patient care and education appropriate to population.
• Adhere to essential duties and organizational needs.
