Job summary

Summitbsa seeks a field-based staff member to develop and oversee ATV Trek leadership programs for riders of varying abilities. You will lead and train staff, manage facilities, and ensure safety and successful training sessions.

The role emphasizes teamwork, adaptability, and a strong customer-service mindset, with housing in Staff Camp, a Summit uniform, and a demanding but rewarding schedule.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leading teams.
• Must be able to operate ATV or off-road vehicles.
• Willing to become a registered Scouting America member and pass background screening.

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise staff in ATV program execution, including ASI training.
• Assist with set up and takedown of ATV facilities and equipment.
• Ensure safe, thorough completion of each ATV training for riders.
• Coordinate logistics for gear, food, and ATVs across multiple camping locations.
• Maintain equipment inventory and proper usage; ensure good repair.
