• Minimum 4–6 years of project management experience in similar industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience with CAD/CAE tools preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, direct, and coordinate all activities of the ATV/ROV project to ensure goals and objectives are met within timeframe, budget, and scope.
• Create and manage all project schedules, integrating key deliverables into a master schedule.
• Collaborate with Product Planning and Business unit teams for initial model direction and iteration to meet PJ goals.
• Work with PD Unit/Department manager to identify work plans and resource allocations for each phase.
• Facilitate weekly project status meetings and monthly model reviews with executives and cross-functional management.
• Provide status reviews and technical guidance to engineers to avoid schedule/resource conflicts.
• Serve as the point person for project-related issues and questions.
• Some design responsibilities may include CAD/CAE work.
• Chair fabrication tooling/capital approval meetings and manage capital funds sign-off.
• Create and monitor testing problem lists and prototype test phase plans.
• Support QFD evaluations and project-related meetings.
• Manage project budget (cost/tooling) with cost planning groups.
