Job summary

Urban Air Adventure Parks is seeking an Attractions Technician to maintain and improve all attractions and related equipment. The role focuses on repair, maintenance, and keeping attractions in superior working order in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to read diagnostics from manuals, maintain documentation, and ensure a safe work area. Evening and weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED; or minimum of one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Some knowledge of amusement equipment is preferred but not required.
• Work flexibility (nights, weekends and holidays, as needed).
• Basic working knowledge of hand tools.
• General knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Keep accurate documentation of repairs and parts inventory.
• Assist with the repair of equipment, troubleshooting of issues, and maintenance of attractions in superior working order.
• Responsible for maintaining work area and back end in a neat and orderly manner.
• Maintain an adequate supply of tools and machinery.
• Read and interpret diagnostics from manuals.
• Maintain a safe work environment and assist Supervisor to ensure staff adheres to all safety rules.
• Advise Supervisor on any problems and/or potential problems discovered during maintenance of attractions.
• Ability to work various shifts and regular attendance is a requirement for the role.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
