Job summary

Wilderness Resort in Wisconsin Dells, WI is seeking an Attractions Maintenance Technician to install, inspect and repair a range of attractions and arcade equipment. You will help ensure a safe, enjoyable guest experience while maintaining high uptime and regulatory compliance.

The role requires daily inspections, adherence to safety protocols, and coordination with vendors and staff to support operations across indoor and outdoor attractions.

Qualifications

• Ability to read schematics and follow technical instructions.
• Knowledge of computer repair and hydraulic systems.
• Strong leadership and ability to motivate staff.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of resort amenities and guest service principles.

Responsibilities

• Open and inspect Take Flight attraction daily for readiness and safety.
• Complete all required Take Flight checklists on schedule (daily to annual).
• Inspect equipment per manufacturers, regulations, and policies for safety.
• Communicate effectively with team, vendors, and guests; mentor others.
• Diagnose and repair arcade equipment; maintain uptime targets.
• Perform maintenance on ropes course, go-karts, and attractions as directed.
