Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to interact positively with guests of all ages.
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in busy or challenging situations.
• Willingness to learn attraction operations and safety procedures.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, evenings, holidays, and peak operating periods.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and take directions from supervisors and management.
• Demonstrates a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to accept feedback and coaching.
• Previous customer service, hospitality, recreation, entertainment, or amusement industry experience preferred.
• Knowledge of family entertainment attractions such as go-karts, laser tag, mini golf, or bumper cars preferred.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with enthusiasm and provide a welcoming atmosphere.
• Answer guest questions regarding attractions, policies, procedures, and park offerings.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and elevate issues when necessary.
• Provide exceptional customer service that reflects Daytona Lagoon's commitment to guest satisfaction.
• Assist guests at attractions including go-karts, laser tag, mini golf, bumper cars, rock climbing, and other activities.
• Explain attraction rules, requirements, and safety procedures before participation.
• Monitor attraction operations to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.
• Assist guests with loading and unloading where applicable.
• Maintain attraction readiness by performing routine inspections and reporting concerns.
• Enforce all attraction safety rules and operating procedures.
• Monitor guest behavior to ensure compliance with park guidelines.
• Respond appropriately to emergencies and notify management of accidents, injuries, or concerns.
• Maintain awareness of safety standards and contribute to a culture of safety.
• Maintain clean, organized, and guest-ready attraction areas.
• Report equipment malfunctions or maintenance concerns promptly.
• Help ensure attraction equipment and areas remain safe and functional.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to support daily operations.
• Assist with opening, closing, and daily procedures.
• Communicate effectively with leadership regarding guest needs, safety concerns, and updates.
• Support additional duties as assigned to ensure a successful guest experience
