Job summary

Launch in Dearborn, MI is seeking an Attraction Monitor to oversee the safe operation of all attractions and provide friendly, responsive service to guests, ensuring policy compliance and proper maintenance for a safe, enjoyable experience.

The role involves greeting guests, verifying wristbands, maintaining cleanliness, performing safety checklists, and assisting with incidents while promoting a welcoming atmosphere for families at Launch Family Entertainment locations.

Qualifications

• Willingness to be a team player and hard worker.
• Must be able to communicate clearly with guests and supervisors.
• Ability to stay active and engaged with guests throughout shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests entering the attractions.
• Explain jump areas and rules for each attraction.
• Ensure wristbands are valid and footwear is appropriate.
• Engage with guests and parents to create a welcoming experience.
• Coordinate clearance for expired wristbands and maintenance needs.
• Ensure safety items are installed and functioning properly.
• Monitor guests to enforce park rules and safety procedures.
• Complete opening/closing checklists daily.
