The Attorney - Trial Team will provide litigation support to attorneys with a primary focus on general litigation, along with commercial litigation and mass tort matters. This role will focus on pre-trial activities, including drafting motions and pleadings, reviewing case files and medical records, summarizing depositions, conducting legal research, and preparing case evaluation materials and memoranda. The attorney will collaborate with legal teams on trial strategy, identify litigation risks and issues, and support tort and liability matters. No court or deposition coverage is expected.
