We Are Legal Revolution in California seeks a Plaintiff Employment Associate to focus on Wage & Hour class and collective actions. You will work alongside senior plaintiff-side litigators on sophisticated employment matters in a hybrid/remote setup across San Francisco and Los Angeles.

You will draft pleadings, handle discovery, participate in motion practice, depositions, and settlements, with an emphasis on writing and advocacy.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of Employment Litigation experience.
• California Bar admission in good standing.
• Plaintiff-side Employment Litigation experience with Wage & Hour exposure.

Responsibilities

• Handle plaintiff-side Wage & Hour litigation from inception through resolution.
• Work on class, collective and representative actions.
• Draft pleadings, motions and substantive legal briefs.

NEW IN – Plaintiff Employment Associate | Wage & Hour Class & Collective Actions | Up to $180,000 | San Francisco / Los Angeles | Hybrid / Remote

I'm currently working closely with the hiring team at a highly regarded plaintiff‑side Employment Litigation practice looking to expand its dedicated Wage & Hour team. If you're looking to specialise in sophisticated class and collective actions while working alongside experienced plaintiff‑side litigators, this is an outstanding opportunity to build your career on complex Employment Litigation matters.

Highlights:

• Dedicated Wage & Hour Practice – Focus on sophisticated Wage & Hour class, collective and representative actions rather than a broad Employment Litigation caseload.
• Complex Litigation – Handle matters involving PAGA, FLSA, unpaid wages, overtime, meal and rest break violations, misclassification, off‑the‑clock work and expense reimbursement claims.
• Meaningful Litigation Exposure – Be involved in substantive litigation work across motion practice, discovery, depositions, case strategy and settlement discussions.
• Writing‑Focused Team – Strong legal writing is highly valued, with judicial clerkship experience and exceptional written advocacy viewed favourably.
• Collaborative Environment – Work closely with experienced Employment litigators on sophisticated plaintiff‑side matters.
• Hybrid & Remote Flexibility – Flexible working arrangements depending on office location.

The Role:

• Handle plaintiff‑side Wage & Hour litigation from inception through resolution.
• Work on class, collective and representative actions.
• Draft pleadings, motions and substantive legal briefs.

• Collaborate with senior attorneys on litigation strategy and case development.

About You:

• 3–6 years' Employment Litigation experience.
• Active California Bar admission in good standing.
• Plaintiff‑side Employment Litigation experience with Wage & Hour exposure.
• Excellent legal research, writing and advocacy skills.
• Judicial clerkship experience or exceptional legal writing skills are advantageous.

Location:

San Francisco – Hybrid schedule, with three days per week in the office preferred (flexible for the right candidate).

Los Angeles – Currently remote, with future hybrid flexibility as the local office footprint expands.

Package:

• Up to $150,000 (3–4 years' PQE).
• Up to $180,000 (5–6 years' PQE).
• Discretionary bonus opportunity.
