Qualifications

• Admitted to the Colorado Bar or clearly eligible to waive into the Colorado Bar and be in good standing at start.
• Experience as a prosecutor or litigator, clerkships, or fellowships valued.
• Diverse experiences and background can add value to the Department of Law.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in civil litigation in District Court and before administrative courts.
• Advise clients in regulatory functions, open meetings, records requests, and rule promulgation.
• Serve as litigation counsel for the Division of Securities and may act as general counsel for regulatory boards.
• Collaborate on multi-disciplinary projects and provide independent professional judgment.
