Job Description

Responsible for investigating and confirming facts of loss for complex automobile accidents. Determines coverage, liability, damages, and adjusts and negotiates claims within authority limits. Mentors junior employees.

We are seeking a motivated Attorney-Repped Bodily Injury Consultant I or II. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, adaptable, with strong time management and effective communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assess subrogation or fraud potential and determine handling procedures for complex cases.
  2. Apply advanced understanding of company, industry, and organizational policies and relationships.
  3. Investigate all aspects of complex auto claims, exercising discretion within increased authority.
  4. Review, evaluate, and negotiate moderate to complex injury claims (if applicable).
  5. Identify vehicle body parts and potential property damage.
  6. Recognize customer needs and utilize appropriate customer service skills.
Education

Preferred: 4-year Bachelor's Degree.

Experience

Preferred: 3+ years of relevant experience.

Supervisory Responsibilities

This role does not include supervisory duties.

Education & Experience (In Lieu)

An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Compensation

Base salary ranges from $66,800 to $100,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. Total compensation includes incentive pay such as bonuses or commissions.
