YO IT Consulting seeks an experienced Attorney for a remote, contract-based role. You will conduct comprehensive legal analysis on US law topics, perform in-depth research, and draft, review, and edit memoranda, opinions, and contracts.

You will assess texts for clarity and accuracy and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality legal content. The ideal candidate holds a US Bar license with top law firm experience and demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication

Qualifications

  • Active US bar license with strong academic credentials.
  • Experience in top law firms.
  • Experience at a top-tier US law firm with exposure to varied practice areas.
  • Proven abilities in legal analysis, research, and drafting across a range of legal subjects.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated experience in legal content review.
  • Track record of successful remote collaboration and participation in multidisciplinary projects.
  • Experience with quality assurance and rubric-based evaluation of legal documents is a plus.
  • Demonstrated commitment to precision, accuracy, and upholding legal best practices in all work.
