Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED
• 3 Years in customer service
• Must be able to type at least 35 WPM
• Must be able to operate a computer, use the internet and be familiar with 10-key

Responsibilities

• Provide the best possible customer service for members, attorneys, and associates through inbound and outbound phone calls.
• Obtain specific information from a court or attorney regarding a traffic citation and input that information into the computer system.
• Recognize any case that may need specific actions to be taken and properly notify the Attorney Relations-Attorney Development Supervisor.
• Precisely input any information given by courts or attorneys into the computer system.
• Complete various forms of paperwork needed to handle the case in the best possible manner.
• Manage Assignment Docket(s).
• Build the TVC network of attorneys.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Attorney Assignment Supervisor when needed.
• Arrive on time and stay for the duration of your scheduled shift.
• Maintain proper records of attendance by correctly using the Talent Stop.
• Report to Supervisor/Manager.

TVC Pro-Driver is a member of the Love’s Family of Companies and is a commercial driver’s license (CDL) protection subscription service with more than thirty-five years of experience assisting individual drivers and fleets in reducing or dismissing fines, preventing downtime for court and protecting compliance, safety and accountability (CSA) scores.

Welcome to Love's/TVC Pro-Driver: The Attorney Relations Assignment Representative is responsible for maintaining both the covered and 25% case assignment dockets which include assigning cases in a timely manner and making sure attorneys are performing to standard. This role also includes adding to our network of attorneys.
