Responsibilities

• Lead and support real estate acquisitions and dispositions of single assets and portfolios across multiple asset classes.
• Handle construction and permanent financings for lender and borrower side real estate transactions.
• Draft and negotiate joint venture, fund, and REIT documentation and related organizational agreements.
• Structure and execute equity joint venture investments, entity formations, and ownership structures.
• Partner closely with senior lawyers and clients, taking increasing responsibility for deal management and execution.
