• Admitted to CT Bar or eligible for Connecticut admission via UBE transfer.
• Experience negotiating and settling plaintiff personal injury cases; trial experience a plus.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to develop positive rapport with a diverse client base.
• Proven capacity to work efficiently and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Balance working independently and collaborating with others.
• Proactive results-focused work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Represent and counsel clients regarding their legal rights and obligations.
• Thoroughly review, analyze, and evaluate case information.
• Recognize and be accountable for adherence to statute of limitations and notice requirements.
• Zealously negotiate to secure fair, timely, and reasonable settlements or verdicts.
• Provide outstanding client service in a professional and ethical manner.
• Establish and maintain effective, professional working relationships with all staff.
• Ability to work in the Milford location with occasional travel to other CT offices or courts.
• Follow the firm’s operating procedures and management guidelines.
