Responsibilities

• Advising and representing clients on a broad range of practice-specific legal matters.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements, pleadings, transactional and closing documents, estate-planning documents, and other legal instruments.
• Conducting legal research and preparing clear, practical written analyses.
• Communicating regularly with clients, opposing counsel, courts, government agencies, and other parties.
• Managing matters and deadlines with appropriate attorney and staff support.
• Collaborating with attorneys and professionals across the firm’s offices and practice groups.
• Traveling to branch offices, courts, client locations, or other sites as client and business needs require.

The Opportunity

This position provides substantial client contact and the opportunity to assume meaningful responsibility for legal matters. The successful candidate will gain hands‑on experience while working in a collaborative, sophisticated, and team‑oriented law firm environment.

The anticipated base salary range is $90,000 to $130,000 annually. The salary offered will depend on relevant experience, qualifications, practice‑area needs, and other bona fide factors. Candidates with an existing book of business may also be considered for additional incentive‑based compensation or other mutually agreeable compensation arrangements.
