Robertson, Anschutz, Schneid, Crane & Partners, PLLC is a national law firm providing full-service creditors’ rights and real estate legal services across 18 states. We are seeking a Michigan-licensed Attorney.

Ideal candidates will have strong organizational skills, the ability to prioritize workloads, meticulous attention to detail, and produce high-quality work in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must work independently and possess strong interpersonal and analytical skills. Admission to the Michigan State Bar is required; admission to federal and bankruptcy courts in Michigan is a plus. Prior foreclosure and litigation experience are strongly preferred.

Compensation is commensurate with experience and includes our benefits package. We seek candidates with the appropriate bar memberships who can work remotely.

Specific Job Responsibilities:
  • Represent clients in all stages of the foreclosure process, including contested foreclosures
  • Review all conditions precedent to filing, including loan documents, financials, and demand letters
  • Draft and review legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence
  • Research applicable statutes, case law, regulatory, and servicing requirements
  • Conduct legal research and writing
  • Attend court hearings and communicate with opposing counsel
  • Update internal client systems with findings, documentation, and recommendations
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism
  • Manage high-volume workloads to meet deadlines
  • Use firm and client systems to ensure compliance with deadlines
  • Ensure compliance with foreclosure, bankruptcy, and collections requirements as applicable
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office skills
  • Experience with electronic case management and client systems preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Analytical skills to identify corrective actions and present recommendations
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently
Required Education and Training:
  • Juris Doctor degree
  • Bar membership in Michigan
  • Knowledge of Quality Assurance and/or Quality Control principles preferred
