Responsibilities

• Handle Medical Malpractice Claims: Defend leading hospitals, physicians, and healthcare professionals in complex medical malpractice claims.
• Perform Strategic Legal Research: Analyze case law, statutes, and regulatory frameworks to support the development of effective litigation strategies.
• Draft and Manage Litigation Documents: Prepare pleadings, motions, and discovery materials with attention to detail and alignment to overall case objectives.
• Contribute to Client Development Efforts: Support business development initiatives by engaging in networking opportunities and helping to strengthen client relationships and expand the practice.

• Perform Strategic Legal Research: Analyze case law, statutes, and regulatory frameworks to support the development of effective, well‑informed litigation strategies.
• Draft and Manage Litigation Documents: Prepare pleadings, motions, and discovery materials with attention to detail and alignment to overall case objectives.
• Contribute to Client Development Efforts: Support business development initiatives by engaging in networking opportunities and helping to strengthen client relationships and expand the practice.
