This client has a very fast-paced practice and the position will handle cases from Southern Indiana to Indianapolis area and may include some in Louisville, KY. They also offer top salary $110-$125k and benefits, along with yearly bonuses .

Handle caseload from inception to completion

Advise clients concerning their claims or defense of claims, legal rights and obligations.

Interpret laws, rulings and regulations for clients

Evaluate findings and develop strategies and arguments in preparation for presentation of cases.

Investigate, interview and gather evidence to formulate defense

Prepare and draft legal documents including briefs and opinions

Negotiate settlements andmediations

Regularly handle court appearances and depositions

Communicate with clients and provide status reports

3+ years of injury litigation experience

Must have IN license

Strongly prefer KY license or ability to obtain

Excellent writing and verbal communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced but team oriented environment

Experience with discovery, depositions, pleadings, research, investigations and mediation,

Must be able to communicate often to clients and other providers
