We Are Legal Revolution in Miami, FL, seeks an Insurance Defense Attorney for high-exposure casualty, construction, and products defense with a national docket. The role is remote but anchored in Miami and offers a $200K–$250K base depending on experience.

You will defend high-stakes claims, manage catastrophe investigations, draft motions, and report exposure to major carriers. Florida bar admission and JD are required; 2–10 years of relevant practice preferred.

Base Salary:

$200K–$250K, depending on years

Practice:

Florida high-exposure casualty, construction, products, and catastrophic-loss defense for national carriers and corporate insureds.

Our client is an AV-rated national defense firm with a Brickell office. Miami handles the same high-value book as New York — construction accidents, products, transportation, and catastrophe files — at a charge-out rate that supports $200K–$250K. This is not a South Florida volume auto shop. The firm has been hiring out of AmLaw and global defense firms.

• Report to national carriers on exposure, not just local claimants.

Requirements:

• JD and active Florida bar
• 2–10 years post-bar insurance defense or complex civil litigation - current Associate, Counsel, or Partner
• Deposition experience on casualty, construction, or products files
