You will work across appraisal, declaratory judgment actions, mediation and litigation, gaining exposure to major insurers. This remote role offers significant responsibility within a specialist coverage team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of insurance coverage or related experience.
• Experience in first-party property, bad faith, or insurance litigation.
• Strong discovery, deposition and motion practice skills.

Join a nationally recognised insurance and reinsurance practice handling sophisticated matters involving hurricanes, catastrophic property losses, builder’s risk, business interruption, CGL and bad faith.
