DLA Piper seeks a Litigation Attorney (non-partnership track) to join its Miami office. This Florida-admitted lawyer will handle state and federal litigation matters, including pleadings, depositions, and discovery management.

Minimum 4 years’ experience is required; healthcare/ERISA exposure is a plus. Strong written and oral skills, reliability, and the ability to work with partners and clients are essential.
