Qualifications

• 1–3 years of litigation experience
• Active Florida Bar membership in good standing
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
• Experience with discovery, depositions, motions, and oral appearances
• Exposure to state or federal court litigation is a plus
• Law Review or moot court experience is beneficial
• Strong organization and ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Interest in a long-term civil litigation and trial practice

Litigation Associate Attorney – Miami

The position offers significant hands‑on experience and the opportunity to take an active role in cases from inception through resolution. Associates are encouraged to take ownership of their matters while working closely with experienced trial attorneys.
