Our client is seeking a Law and Motion Attorney to join a well-established plaintiff-side firm in Los Angeles with over 130 staff members. The firm has recovered over $1 billion for injured clients and is known for multi-million-dollar verdicts and settlements in catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases. The firm is hiring several attorneys across its personal injury and employment practices, and about 90% of its clients are Spanish speaking.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle law and motion work for personal injury, employment, and product liability plaintiff cases
• Research and draft motions, oppositions, demurrers, discovery motions, and other pleadings
• Appear at hearings and argue motions
• Work with trial and litigation attorneys on case strategy and filing deadlines

Qualifications

Salary and Other Compensation

The annual base salary for this position is $120,000 - $250,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. The role is also eligible for a recovery-based bonus.
