Location:- Philadelphia, PA | Full-Time | Flexible Hybrid

Experience Practice Area: Large Loss | Excess Liability | Insurance Defense | Complex Litigation

Key Responsibility:-

• Manage complex large loss and excess liability matters from inception through resolution
• Develop case strategy for high-exposure claims, analyze liability/damages/coverage/excess exposure
• Handle sophisticated discovery and expert issues, prepare/defend depositions
• Draft and argue dispositive and complex motions, participate in mediations/arbitrations/settlement conferences/trial preparation
• Maintain strong relationships with insurance carriers, excess carriers, self-insured entities, and corporate clients
• Support development of new business opportunities, help strengthen the firm's large loss and excess liability practice

Education & Experience Required:

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
• Active Pennsylvania law license
• experience handling large loss, excess liability, or other high-exposure litigation
• experience independently managing complex matters.

Strong Plus:

• New Jersey bar admission
• trial experience
• first-chair or significant second-chair trial experience
• experience handling catastrophic injury or significant damages matters
• experience representing excess carriers
• portable book of business (a plus, not a requirement)
• established relationships with insurance carriers or corporate clients.
