• Develop case strategy for high-exposure claims.
• Analyze liability, damages, coverage, and excess exposure.
• Handle complex discovery and expert-related issues.
• Prepare for and conduct/defend depositions.
• Draft and argue dispositive and complex motions.
• Participate in mediations, arbitrations, and trial preparation.
• Maintain relationships with carriers, self-insured entities, and corporate clients.
