Key Duties

• Litigate patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secret disputes in federal courts and before the USPTO and ITC.
• Draft and argue dispositive motions, including motions for summary judgment and motions to dismiss in IP‑related cases.
• Conduct technical and legal research, analyze patents and prior art, and work closely with experts to develop infringement and invalidity positions.
• Manage discovery in complex IP matters, including drafting interrogatories, reviewing technical documents, and taking or defending depositions.
• Assist in trial preparation, including development of witness examinations, preparation of exhibits, and drafting of pretrial motions and briefs.
