Medical Malpractice Attorney | Manhattan, NY (Remote) – $175K

Location/Schedule: Manhattan, NY (Remote)

Base Salary: $175K, plus a billable bonus and a discretionary bonus

Practice: Medical malpractice defense for hospitals, physician groups, and carriers. Obstetrics, surgery, neurosurgery, radiology, emergency medicine. High-exposure files. Not a general-liability seat.

Our client has defended healthcare providers for more than 100 years. About 90 lawyers. Fifty major healthcare providers. Recent results include a unanimous defense verdict in Westchester and a defense verdict on a post-hysterectomy bowel case in Nassau. 20+ lawyers made the 2026 New York Metro Super Lawyers and Rising Stars lists.
