We Are Legal Revolution in the New York metropolitan area seeks a trial attorney to manage complex litigation from filing through trial, with a focus on insurance defense matters and high-stakes proceedings. This role offers a remote-friendly schedule and competitive compensation.

You will draft pleadings and motions, supervise discovery, and contribute to client development while handling a demanding caseload with pro-rated billable expectations and a generous bonus structure.

Responsibilities

• Handle Complex Litigation Matters: Manage complex cases from inception through trial, developing case strategies, preparing witnesses, and advocating effectively on behalf of clients in high-stakes proceedings.
• Support Insurance Defense Litigation: Assist in the defense of complex claims across Professional liability, Product liability, Auto, and Construction matters, contributing to case strategy and execution.
• Draft and Manage Litigation Documents: Prepare pleadings, motions, and discovery materials with attention to detail and alignment to overall case objectives.
• Contribute to Client Development Efforts: Support business development initiatives by engaging in networking opportunities and helping to strengthen client relationships and expand the practice.
