Job summary

We Are Legal Revolution in Boca Raton, FL is seeking multiple Litigation Attorneys to join a national firm expanding across 40+ offices. The firm offers up to $175K base and bonuses up to $45K, reflecting strong earning potential.

You will defend complex claims across professional liability, product liability, auto, and construction matters, perform strategic legal research, and draft and manage pleadings and discovery while contributing to client development.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the defense of complex claims across Professional liability, Product liability, Auto, and Construction matters.
• Perform Strategic Legal Research to support litigation strategies.
• Draft and Manage Pleadings, Motions, and Discovery materials with attention to detail.

The Role

• Support Insurance Defense Litigation: Assist in the defense of complex claims across Professional liability, Product liability, Auto, and Construction matters, contributing to case strategy and execution.
• Perform Strategic Legal Research - Analyze case law, statutes, and regulatory frameworks to support the development of effective, well-informed litigation strategies.
• Draft and Manage Litigation Documents - Prepare pleadings, motions, and discovery materials with attention to detail and alignment to overall case objectives.
• Contribute to Client Development Efforts - Support business development initiatives by engaging in networking opportunities and helping to strengthen client relationships and expand the practice.
