Job summary

We Are Legal Revolution is seeking a Trial Attorney for the New York metropolitan area in a hybrid role. You will manage complex litigation matters from inception through trial, developing case strategies and preparing witnesses to advocate effectively for clients in high-stakes proceedings.

The role focuses on defense work across professional, product, auto, and construction matters, with an above-market base and a performance-based bonus. Strong NY bar credentials are expected.

Responsibilities

• Handle Complex Litigation Matters: Manage complex cases from inception through trial, developing case strategies, preparing witnesses, and advocating effectively on behalf of clients in high-stakes proceedings.
• Support Insurance Defense Litigation: Assist in the defense of complex claims across Professional liability, Product liability, Auto, and Construction matters, contributing to case strategy and execution.
• Draft and Manage Litigation Documents: Prepare pleadings, motions, and discovery materials with attention to detail and alignment to overall case objectives.
• Contribute to Client Development Efforts: Support business development initiatives by engaging in networking opportunities and helping to strengthen client relationships and expand the practice.
