We Are Legal Revolution is seeking an Insurance Coverage Attorney to join the Philadelphia team with remote capabilities. The role focuses on coverage opinions, declaratory judgments, and bad-faith defense for carriers.

You will handle depositions, advise on defense and indemnity duties, and have a clear path from associate to partner within a firm with national carriers and a strong regional footprint.

Qualifications

• JD and active Pennsylvania bar license required.
• 4–8 years post-bar insurance coverage or complex insurance litigation experience.
• Experience drafting coverage opinions or declaratory judgments.

Location/Schedule: Philadelphia, PA (Remote)

Practice: Insurance coverage. Opinions, reservation-of-rights letters, declaratory judgment actions, and bad-faith defense for carriers. Not a general-liability seat.

Our client is a regional civil-defense and coverage firm founded in 1977. More than 100 attorneys sit in 13 offices across the Mid-Atlantic, including Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Maryland, Virginia, and Washington. Thirteen lawyers were named Super Lawyers in 2025. Coverage is a listed practice in the Philadelphia office, and the group has taken declaratory judgment actions to summary judgment. Associates are promoted to partner from inside.
