National Defence Firm is seeking an Insurance Coverage & Bad Faith Litigation Attorney to join our nationally recognised civil litigation defence practice. You will handle coverage advisory work and bad faith defence, drafting opinions across CGL, property and professional liability, while managing disputes from start to finish.

• Experience drafting coverage opinions and advising insurers.

• Handle a mix of insurance coverage advisory work and bad faith defence litigation.
• Draft coverage opinions across a variety of insurance lines (CGL, property, professional liability, etc.).
• Manage coverage disputes and bad faith litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Work closely with insurer clients, providing strategic legal advice and risk analysis.
• Engage in all stages of litigation, including investigation, motion practice and legal drafting, client communication and case strategy.

Your Role: Insurance Coverage & Bad Faith Litigation Attorney

• Handle a mix of insurance coverage advisory work and bad faith defence litigation
• Draft coverage opinions across a variety of insurance lines (CGL, property, professional liability, etc.)
• Manage coverage disputes and bad faith litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Work closely with insurer clients, providing strategic legal advice and risk analysis
• Engage in all stages of litigation, including:
  • Investigation and claims analysis
  • Motion practice and legal drafting
  • Client communication and case strategy
• Collaborate with partners and broader teams while building independent case ownership

Salary & Benefits:

• Competitive salary $135,000 - $200,000 + performance bonus
