The Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation (LLR) in South Carolina is seeking candidates for a disciplinary counsel role. This position targets recent law school graduates with up to five years of legal experience and offers on-the-job training.
You will handle routine and complex disciplinary proceedings, prepare witnesses, conduct legal research, respond to motions, and assist investigators. A juris doctor and SC Bar membership are required.
