Job summary

The Bachrach Group is seeking a Manager of Attorney Development & Engagement for a leading AMLAW 100 firm in Washington. The role focuses on culture, engagement, and strategic development across onboarding, coaching, and program design.

You will partner with Talent Leads to implement action plans, lead resource group initiatives, and manage external partnerships while supporting reporting and diversity surveys. Strong data skills and stakeholder collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience leading attorney development programs.
• Experience managing talent or development programs in law firms.
• Experience analyzing workforce data and translating insights into actions.

Responsibilities

• Lead workforce data analysis to identify utilization trends and engagement indicators.
• Design and implement tailored action plans for underutilized or disengaged associates.
• Advise on onboarding, mentoring, performance evaluations, and work allocation.
• Lead programming for attorney resource groups to promote connectivity and inclusion.
• Manage external partnerships for mentoring, upskilling, and visibility opportunities.
• Coordinate RFPs and diversity surveys to reflect inclusive practices.
• Gather feedback on evaluation cycles and propose action plans based on trends.
• Collaborate with Learning & Development on firmwide training initiatives.
