Job summary

QPWB, a multi-office national firm, seeks an experienced Georgia-licensed attorney to join our Financial Services and Real Estate Division. The division serves servicers, banks, and creditors in end-to-end default legal services and creditors' rights.

We are open to a remote or hybrid position. Qualified candidates will have 3+ years of experience in Mortgage Foreclosure, Bankruptcy, Eviction, Commercial Collections, and Litigation, and will hold a JD from an ABA-accredited school.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Mortgage Foreclosure, Bankruptcy, Eviction, Commercial Collections, and Litigation.
• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited university required.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and produce an accurate and high-quality work product.

The Financial Services and Real Estate Division of the firm represents a wide range of servicers, banks, and other creditors in all areas of law in end-to-end default legal services and creditors' rights. We are open to a remote or hybrid position.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in the areas of Mortgage Foreclosure, Bankruptcy, Eviction, Commercial Collections, and Litigation
• Experience with various client system applications such as Legal Tracker, CounselLink and ICE/BKFS
• Qualified candidates must hold a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited university.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and produce an accurate and high-quality work product.
