Core Functions

• Draft and review legal documents for second‑level review by the supervising attorney.
• Organize case files, track legal deadlines, and coordinate with paralegals and legal assistants on case logistics.
• Shadow a senior or supervising attorney for appearances in mediation, court, and sheriff’s sales.
• Assist in preparation in advance of appearances.
• Collaborate with members of the state team.
• Actively participate in weekly state meetings.
• Engage with the supervising attorney in a one‑on‑one weekly meeting.

Requirements
