The Attorney Fellow is an attorney with at least one year of legal practice experience who provides junior-level legal support across a wide range of subject matter areas within the Litigation, Compliance and Contracting Section of the Legal Department. This fellowship is intended to introduce attorneys to non-profit, healthcare, and in‑house legal practice. Fellows work closely with experienced attorneys across diverse practice areas to gain exposure to complex legal and operational issues that support MGB’s clinical, research, and administrative missions.
This position offers meaningful, hands‑on experience in a dynamic healthcare legal environment, including opportunities to engage directly with internal clients and contribute to work that supports patient care and organizational integrity.
The salary range for this position is $92,580.80 - $121,492.80.
