If you are a licensed North Carolina attorney with at least 2 years of recent estate planning and probate experience, and you have a knack for demystifying legal processes and a desire to make a significant impact on families and their futures, you might just be the person we're looking to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

As an attorney at our firm, you'll be instrumental in making estate planning approachable for our clients. You'll use your expertise to help demystify how clients' planning will work, aiding families in confidently navigating their planning choices. Your responsibilities will include delivering educational presentations, conducting 1-on-1 meetings to provide advice and review decisions, and collaborating with paralegals and legal assistants to draft legal documents and manage filings. Regular team meetings support our continuous improvement and ensure we provide excellent, proficient service.

Work Schedule & Candidate Profile
  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Location: Cary, NC
  • Typical Schedule: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, with flexibility for client workshop presentations
Qualifications

You are a licensed North Carolina attorney with at least 2 years of recent experience in estate planning, probate, and estate and trust administration. Compensation & Benefits

You'll receive a competitive base salary of $95,000 to $120,000 based on experience plus the opportunity to earn more through incentive-based compensation tied to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Measures of Success. Our comprehensive benefits package offers medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance and disability coverage, and a retirement plan with matching contributions. Beyond these, we cover attorneys' bar dues, insurance, and applicable CLE expenses.
