Base pay range

$175,000.00/yr - $300,000.00/yr

• Position Overview: The Attorney - Employment Litigation will provide legal advisory services to clients on a variety of employment law related matters. This position requires strong knowledge and understanding of business law, employment law, litigation defense, lawsuit processing, and case load management. Position: Full Remote opportunity!

• Key Responsibilities:
• Provide legal advice and support to clients on a variety of employment law related matters.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of employment related laws, policies, and procedures.
• Research and draft legal documents as needed.
• Prepare and file applications and documents with the appropriate government agencies.
• Negotiate and settle disputes.
• Represent clients in court hearings and other legal proceedings.
• Manage case loads and respond to client inquiries in a timely manner.
• Provide resume writing, cover letter writing, reference obtaining, and writing sample collection services.
  
  

• Qualifications:
• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
• Valid license to practice law in applicable state.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience practicing in the field of employment law - ABSOLUTE MUST*
• Strong research and writing skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
