What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead attorney teams handling RFEs/NOIDs, appeals, adjustment of status, and consular processing.
• Work with operational teams to create efficient, high-volume legal processes.
• Support attorneys in training, auditing work, and maintaining ethical standards.
• Provide legal guidance to ensure accurate, high-quality case management.
• Handle legal escalations, identify future issues, and develop legal strategies.
• Collaborate with leadership to integrate efforts across teams.
• Conduct legal and factual research.
• Develop and mentor future legal team leaders.

Who We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years in immigration law, including humanitarian cases (VAWA, T-Visa, U-Visa, Medical DA).
• Legal research, drafting, case management, and process development.
• Legal team leadership experience.
• ABA-accredited law school graduate, barred in a U.S. state or territory.
• State or federal clerkship is a plus.
• Can also be located in Georgia, North Carolina, Illinois, Colorado, Florida, and Texas near a satellite office.
