Top 200 Law Firm in New York, NY seeks an experienced Construction Attorney to handle complex projects and advise on risk and contract matters throughout the lifecycle of development projects.

The role requires 8+ years in construction law, strong drafting and negotiation skills, and the ability to serve as outside general counsel to sophisticated clients. Litigation experience is a plus but not required.

• Advise architects, engineers, and other design professionals on legal and business matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate professional services agreements and construction-related contracts.

• Assist clients with dispute avoidance and resolution strategies.
• Provide practical day-to-day legal guidance throughout the lifecycle of construction and development projects.
• Support litigation and dispute matters when necessary.
