Job summary

Hall & Evans, LLC is seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Attorney to join our Salt Lake City team. The ideal candidate has 2–8 years defending civil litigation matters in Utah, with a focus on personal injury and construction defect cases.

This full-time role offers a hybrid schedule and opportunities to interact with clients and develop business. You will participate in depositions, court appearances, and case management while benefiting from a supportive firm culture and comprehensive

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in Utah.
• Strong work ethic and ability to independently manage case files;
• Excellent written and analytical skills;
• Exceptional research and writing skills;
• Interest in marketing and client development;
• Trial experience preferred; travel ability.

Responsibilities

• Interact with clients and manage client communication.
• Conduct depositions and participate in discovery.
• Make court appearances and represent clients in hearings.
• Develop business skills and participate in client development efforts.
• Collaborate with the legal team to prepare defenses and strategy.

Hall & Evans, LLC, is seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Attorney to join our team. Preferred qualifications include 2- 8 years of prior experience defending civil litigation cases in Utah. Cases are primarily personal injury defense and construction defect defense.

You’ll gain hands‑on experience interacting with clients, conducting depositions, making court appearances, and developing your skills in business development.

• Currently licensed to practice law in the State of Utah; required
