We Are Legal Revolution in Manhattan, NY seeks an experienced Aviation Litigation Attorney to defend aviation, transportation, and products claims. This remote-allowed role offers exposure to crash, cargo, and wrongful-death matters, with a base salary of $200K and New York bar requirement.

The attorney will take and defend depositions, collaborate with trial teams, draft motions, and interface with carriers and manufacturers across state and federal court. JD and NY bar are required.

Qualifications

• JD and active New York bar.
• 3–8 years post-bar insurance defense, products, or transportation litigation — current Associate, Counsel, or Partner.
• Depositions taken in the last 24 months.

Responsibilities

• Defend aviation, transportation, and products claims in New York state and federal court.
• Take and defend depositions, including experts.
• Work crash and cargo investigations with the trial team.
• Draft motions and prepare cases for mediation and trial.
• Speak directly with carrier and manufacturer clients.

Location/Schedule: Manhattan, NY (Remote)

Practice: Aviation and transportation litigation for airlines, manufacturers, and their insurers. The work includes crash, cargo, products, and wrongful-death files. An insurance-defense background is the right way in.
