Summers, McDonnell, Hudock, Guthrie & Rauch P.C. is a well-established civil litigation defense firm seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join our Casualty practice in our Pittsburgh office.

Our attorneys handle motor vehicle accidents, premises and product liability, municipal claims, and workers' compensation, guiding cases from pleadings through appeal. You will work with seasoned trial attorneys who mentor, train, and offer growth opportunities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree and Bar admission in Pennsylvania.
• 3+ years experience.
• Competitive salary commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities

• Take an active role in case strategy, client interaction, depositions, motion practice, court appearances, and trial preparation.
• Work closely with seasoned trial attorneys providing mentorship and hands-on training.
