Confidential law firm in Florida seeks an experienced appellate associate or an attorney coming off a clerkship to focus on appellate work.

You will draft appellate briefs, handle oral arguments, and help draft legal memoranda. This role can be drafting-only if court appearances aren’t needed, offering a flexible path for the right candidate.
